4. No Guarantee of Results

Every consumer's credit situation is different. The results achieved by other clients may not reflect the results you will experience. Score Lift makes no representation or warranty that you will achieve any particular credit score or outcome.

5. Fees and Billing

Fees for services are disclosed prior to enrollment. You have the right to cancel services under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). No fees are charged before services are performed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Score Lift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our principal office is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
